Submitting a support ticket to Quadra's Tech Support team.

Tickets to tech support can be submitted via Quadra’s support site:

You need to create an account to submit tickets.
The email address used for the account needs to match the email address stated on your hosting account. You can check the Contact Info section for this email address.
Once you have an account, log in and click on “Submit a Ticket” to send tech support an email.

 Please choose the correct department when sending a ticket:

Sales – For all sales enqueries
Tech Support – For general tech support issues with your account/site.
General – All general enquiries.
Accounts – For queries regarding payments and other financial questions
VPS – Queries regarding your VPS system
Abuse – Your site/server is being abused in some way
Domain Registrations – Queries regarding domain registration

Please make sure you have the following in your ticket:

Account Name.
Domain Name.
Problem/s you are having.
Ways for Quadra to reproduce this problem (URL and steps etc).

Feel free to set the urgency of the ticket also.
Once the ticket has been received, you will be answered ASAP by our support staff.
