Problem: My account has been suspended due to issues with my credit card. It now has sufficient funds. Please unsuspend my account.
Solution: Login to your suspended account, then reenter your credit card details through the "Update Billing Profile" link.
After this, please let us know by opening a ticket to us. When submitting your ticket, please choose the "GENERAL" department and not "Billings and Payment". The General and Technical Support departments will provide you with a prompt response regarding account unsuspensions.
