Disk Quota Exceeded

Sometimes on a unix host you may receive a "Disk Quota Exceeded" error when uploading a file.

There can be two possible reasons for this:
1. You have indeed exceeded the amount of space allocated to your account, or
2. The disk quota on Unix got corrupted and reset to zero.

In any case you can set the disk quota through the control panel under the FTP Manager section. Simply set it to a value high enough to accommodate all your files. If you are unable to reset the disk quota through the control panel, please contact technical support for further assistance.
